13th of December 1942 North of Medjay...

Zug Bussard is under heavy fire from an unknown amount of enemy forces on the right and can been seen as the smoke on the far right. Zug Adler in the centre of the screen is moving up to help Bussard as they withdraw. I have a choice of moving up the centre or flanking to the right, though going to the right we will be off road and we may bog down.

I am using the new beta patch from PEDG

its amazing how good the old game look!

The ole girl scrubs up well with the help of the new models, features etc.. from PEDG.

I run PE @ 1920*1080, 16*af and 8*aa with the new beta and a 2km view distance (alt f4)

I decided to go along the road through the valley following zug Adler. As we drop down the hill from Sinidia, zug Adler makes contact with Shermans in the distance, some 1.6km away from me and soon out of sight as I continue down the hill, I hear the 88mm of the Tigers crack and see plumes of smoke in the distance. I cross the two river bridges and pause for a moment for my zug to reform.

These are from the Stavelot mission which I found pretty tough.

And here are some from the following days mission... As you can see we have a lot more snow today and the visibility is still low enough to keep the USAAF at home.



In this one I have taken position up on the ridge to survey the area.



As I scan the area I can see zug Heck moving into it's position on the right.
